Hi and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. There are many causes of vomiting and diarrhea, especially in a puppy. Certainly the mouse could have caused an upset stomach; however there are some other causes of vomiting and diarrhea. Some potential causes are intestinal parasites, Parvovirus, toxicity or even a foreign body. Since Josie is vomiting, lethargic and is very young I would recommend being evaluated by a local vet for a physical exam where they may recommend x-rays, fecal exam and/or Parvovirus test. Good luck with Josie!
