My dog has painful, dry, yellow, pebble-like poop. What's wrong?

It sounds like Nala could benefit from added fiber in her diet. I add a teaspoon to tablespoon of canned pumpkin to each meal, or other vegetables to bulk up the stool. The fiber will make her poop more often and the poop will be firm but not as hard so she should not be in pain when pooping. I would also monitor her outside to make sure she's not eating dirt or other things that could cause problems.
