Why is my puppy throwing up after deworming and twitching in sleep?

Puppy vomited after we worming. Also not sure if he's having seisurs in sleep. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 9 days old | 2.6 lbs

Having a vomit or two after deworming can be normal, however if it continues or if Kain is acting weak or tired then I would get him to a vet right away. Puppies often twitch in their sleep, and they are dreaming. You can try waking him up during this twitching, if it stops right away it was just dreaming, if it continues it is a seizure or twitching that needs to be seen by a vet right away.
