What soft food is best for a senior Shih Tzu with missing teeth?

I have 14 yr old Shih tzu and we have just noticed that he's lost most of his teeth. I'm looking for a soft kibble food for a senior toy dog. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 12 years and 9 months old | 10 lbs

I would recommend a wet food like Purina Pro Plan, Nutro or Natural Balance. I would choose a senior formula (small dog if available). If his teeth fell out naturally you may want to have a dental done to ensure that there are no retained roots that could cause him pain or infection!
