Puppy fell from couch, seems fine. When would injury signs appear?

My 3mo old puppy jumped from the couch, flipped and landed on his head/neck/back (not 100% sure which got impacted most). He scrambled up, ran, and yelped. I checked him and he feels fine and doesn’t Yelp or react when anything is touched, no limping, acting fine. I’m just worried because It was his neck and spine, if any problem should occur how soon would they show up? He’s 3 pounds. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 3 months and 17 days old | 3 lbs

Luckily puppies are very flexible and rarely get injured like adult dogs. Oliver may be sore tomorrow and if there is a problem it should show up by then. Please keep him quiet tonight and watch him for any symptoms. If it was a severe injury he would already be showing signs of a problem, such as unstable walking, lameness, disorientation or severe pain.
