I have a 12 day old puppy who's not growing like the others. Every couple of hours he starts to breathe heavily sounds in pain and looks like it could be something to do with his stomach. What shall I do? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 11 days old

He needs to be checked by a vet to make sure he did not aspirate any milk or have any pneumonia. Make sure he stays warm and you can try to bottle feed the puppy in order to ensure he gets enough nutrients
