Dog's recent tooth extraction site oozing: ER or wait for vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Alaskan Malamute | Female | spayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 110 lbs

I have a malamute that got a tooth extraction 2 weeks ago. Now there is a whitish/greenish liquid coming from the site of the tooth extraction and the vets office doesn't open until tomorrow. Should I take her to the emergency room or she be fine to wait for tomorrow. She is eating fine and isn't acting strange.

Sorry to hear that Aroura is having this issue. I think it can wait until tomorrow. I would not consider this an emergency. Hope this helps. Best wishes! If you have any additional questions please feel free to post again!
