Cat has wounds, father says worms. How can I treat her at home?

Pet's info: Cat | Ocicat | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 25 days old | 6.61 lbs

What is this ? My father says that she is having worms and we have to leave it and she will die soon is it true should I leave her If this problem is curable please provide proper remedy as I am not having any vet nearby

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry you are having trouble with Gulabo! I'm having a hard time orienting myself with the pictures. The first one looks like a deep puncture, the 2nd looks like a healing wound and the last looks like scabs on the ear. I recommend shaving the fur away from all the areas, clean the areas well with mild soap and water twice daily then apply a triple antibiotic cream to all areas twice daily. Purchase an Elizabethan collar (lamp shade) to prevent licking and keep Gulabo indoors. I can not see worms. It is likely best to have her seen by a Vet but I understand that one is not near by.
