My dog got hit by a car she obviously has Rd rash but and she's sore but she keeps dragging herself to isolated places where shes covered in misquotoes what do I need to do she eats and drinks I don't think she has had a bowl movement

She needs to be examined by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER. A complete physical exam and x-rays may diagnose or rule out serious injury and fracture. The abrasions should be properly cleaned and dressed, if indicated, to prevent infection. She may need antibiotics and pain management.
