My 10-week puppy has white gums, diarrhea, heavy breathing. Is it parvo?

I'm really sorry to see this. In a 10-week old, I am very concerned about parvovirus as a cause of the signs you are seeing. The pale gums and fast breathing indicates to me that this little pup is going into shock or may be anemic from losing blood in the diarrhea. This is an emergency and she needs to go to the vet immediately to prevent life-threatening complications. In the meantime, try to keep her warm and encourage her to drink some water if she is able. I hope that helps and the little pup gets better soon.
