My dog starts gasping,tongue sticking out,make loud gasping noises,heaving whenever he gets in the car! Had to evacuate Florida and it was horrible, afraid if my drive back home! My Purely is a pug, bad eye sight and partly deaf. What is the problem? Help please. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | 9 years and 11 months old | 20 lbs
