My dog's stomach gurgles and he eats grass often. Is this normal?

Blues stomach makes gurgling noises its almost sound like a persons stomach when they are hungry. It dose not seem to bother him until i take him outside then all he dose is eat grass. This happens at least 2 Times a week should i be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 5 years and 8 months old | 60 lbs

If Blue is not vomiting or having diarrhea, is eating normally, has a normal energy and no abdominal pain I wouldn't be concerned about the noises. You could try adding a probiotic (available at most pet stores and online) to his food to see if this makes a difference and seek veterinary care if he does start vomiting/diarrhea/lethargy/pain.
