My puppy's irritated & nervous after cream & rabies shot. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 29 days old | 20 lbs

Hi my 12 week shows irritation and nervousness at night following application of a first trio shield topical cream 4 days ago. She also had her rabies vaccine on the same day. What should we do? Should we take her to the ER?

This irritation could be due to the first trio sheild topical cream. I know it's been four days since it was applied, but I would try giving her a bath with dawn dish soap and warm water to see if that helps with the skin irritation. She could be displaying a delayed reaction to the cream. If it does not help, then I would take her into the vet right away,
