My dog has hives and raised spots, acting strange. What should I do?

I have a bull mastiff mix that I think that has hives. She has raised spots all over from her front legs back. She is not acting herself. What should I do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 9 months and 27 days old

I would take Midnight into the vet now. It sounds like she is having an allergic reaction, and she will need medication to treat it, such as anti-histamines or steroids. The vet can confirm she does have an allergic reaction, and can treat appropriately.
