Dog bleeding, swollen, can't eat. No money for vet, what to do?

My dog came back home and was bleeding our the mouth & can't eat or drink water and I can smell infection in his mouth. He right bottom side of neck is also swollen any advice ? I can't afford a vet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 65 lbs

Poor Elijah! He does have to see a vet immediately. It sounds like he was attacked or got into a fight, and it's serious he can't eat or drink, and is bleeding out of his mouth. There is nothing you can do for him at home, he needs immediate medical attention.
