My senior Boston Terrier has a mass. What is it & how to get help?

Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | unspayed | 12 years and 7 months old | 13 lbs

I took my Boston terrier to the vet 3 days ago for a mass in tit I was told she would need it taken out the cost 1'398.00 that was the low now she has like a ball the size of my pinkie finger coming out of v.gg what's it ? I've not been working for over a year and half and am on medical no income she is12 years old if you know were I could get help for her please tell what I should do I don't want her in pain she's my baby

This ball could be a vaginal prolapse, which does require immediate medical attention. When a tissue is displaced from it's correct anatomical position, it needs to be returned to it's correct place or else the tissues can become infected and/or die. I would take Angel into a vet right away. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online.
