A lesion like that could be a bacterial infection or ringworm (which humans can get). Your best option is to have Mocha examined and tested for ringworm. Make sure to protect the area from rubbing and scratching and she should wear an elizabethan collar at all times. Congratulations on adding Tiger to your family! There is a chance that its bacterial but I would be most concerned thats ringworm (which you can get from him!). I would recommend to take him into the vet for fungal testing and medications to start treatment just in case (while you are waiting on the results). I'm assuming you are referring to ringworm? Unfortunately, many skin diseases can look the same but this does not really look like ringworm to me. Testing is often needed to get a diagnosis. If you want to try an anti-fungal cream for a week or two to see if it gets better you can. Just ask your pharmacy for a human anti-fungal product and apply it twice a day. If it does not help you will need to find a vet to take her to for an examination.
