is it normal that my cat has a high pitch ringing in her ear and also cant meow. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 lbs

How would you possibly know that your cat has high pitch ringing in her ear... Some cats meow less than others, very few do not meow at all though, I wouldn't say it's a sign of any medical condition unless you see her trying to meow and nothing come out.
