My dog's tick bite is red on Bravecto. Should I see a vet?

Hello. I removed a live tick from my dog yesterday morning. He is on Bravecto. The site of the bite is now all red with no clear bite mark in the center and a uniform red color across the site (rather than gradations of red). Otherwise, he is totally fine with no changes in behavior. Should we see a vet? Thank you.

There is no reason to see a vet at the moment, usually the tick bite itself is not an issue, it's the disease that they can potentially transmit to the dog (tick fever, lyme). These diseases usually do not show up right away, it usually takes several weeks, sometimes more. You might want to add a seresto collar on top of the Bravecto in case you see any ticks on him again.
