My dog shows pregnancy signs but no big belly. Could she be pregnant?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 75 lbs

Is it possible a dog is pregnant and not have a big belly? She shows all the signs except a big belly

Just like humans, some dogs don't get as big as others when they are pregnant - often, this has to do with how many puppies are present and how large they are. So yes, she could still be pregnant even if her belly doesn't look big. If you want to know for sure, you can take her to the vet for x-rays or an ultrasound to see if any puppies are present.

    Yes, it is possible that Nora is pregnant and doesn't have a big belly. If she only has one or two puppies, that could account for the smaller belly. If you want to know for sure if she is pregnant, I would take Nora into the vet for x-rays or an ultrasound to confirm a pregnancy.

    Some dogs do not get a very large stomach when pregnant, as each pregnancy is different, but it is possible that Willow isn't pregnant. I would have her seen by a vet, who can do x-rays to confirm her pregnancy, and can also tell you how many puppies she is carrying.
