Is my dog's paw infected? It's swollen, painful, and has a pink bump.

Pet's info: Dog | Saint Bernard | Male | 8 years old | 143 lbs

A small pimple like pink thing in between 2 fingers and the middle inner part of paw is also kind of infected pink with tiny black things and my dog st bernard is unable would walk proprely because of that pain Any medicine suggested is appreciated Thank you

Poor Hugo! If this lump is infected, he will need to see a vet. I also think it would be a good idea to have this lump examined, as it may be caused by a foreign body (such as a grass seed) that needs to be removed. I would take him into the vet today to have his paw examined. The vet can see if there is a foreign body causing the lump, remove it, and give him pain medications and antibiotics. Please do not give Hugo any human pain medications, many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given.
