Warfarin (Coumdain) usage in cats is highly problematic and can cause massive internal bleeding. I would highly recommend taking your pet to your local vet right away for monitoring and treatment (if needed). I know it may be hard to find a vet open on today. Hopefully you can find one via this website link http://www.vetlocator.com/hotline.php Also I would highly recommend calling Pet Poison Helpline for 24/7 immediate service from a certified toxicologist on how to best proceed with his care. Their number is 855-764-7661

You should take your kitten to a veterinarian right away, and find an emergency veterinarian if you need to. Coumadin affects the blood's ability to clot and can lead to serious bleeding. Inducing vomiting might be recommended, or the veterinarian may recommend starting Vitamin K.
