My dog is weak, not eating, falling, and has eye mucus. What's wrong?

She's not eating only drink water. Weak. walks and she loses balance and she tries to stand and lean on our legs and she falls. Mucus Around left eye. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 7 months old
