Poor Knox!! I can understand being worried, that's a very sudden onset of concerning symptoms. I would be very concerned with his symptoms and the sudden onset of them that he might be suffering from bloat. Bloat is a life threatening condition that requires immediate medical attention. I would take Knox into the vet right away.

Although it can be "just" a harsh gastrointestinal upset, these symptoms are very suspicious of a possible GDV (gastric dilatation volvulus) , which is an acute life threatening condition. You need to take Knox to the emergencies urgently, if it is GDV he will die within 2-3 hours if it is left untreated.
