Why is my French Bulldog aggressive and biting after spay surgery?

My 6month french bulldog got spayed last week and in the days following she has been abnormally aggressive. She has reverted back to nipping and biting me at every chance she gets. I have tried to keep her occupied while still limiting her activity levels so she can recover, but it seems like no amount of puzzles, bully sticks, or low activity toy is helping. Should I be concerned or attribute her behavior to surplus of pent up energy? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | spayed | 7 months and 10 days old | 15 lbs

Poor Ali! Since it sounds like her surgery was only about a week ago, I wouldn't be overly concerned about this behavior change - she is likely still somewhat sore from her surgery, and the fact that she is also not getting any exercise right now is probably making her more irritable than usual. I would expect her to return to normal within the next 7-14 days, once she's completely healed and back to her usual daily routine and exercise level.
