Lucy sounds extremely ill, and requires immediate medical attention. Her symptoms are quite severe, and she could have gotten into a toxin causing these symptoms. Please take her into an ER vet immediately.

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! What you described about Lucy sounds serious. Fever can certainly cause malfunctions in the brain to occur, including seizures, mobility problems, and loss of consciousness. Lucy will need to see her veterinarian ASAP. Taking her to a 24 hour emergency veterinary clinic may be a good idea especially if Lucy's regular veterinarian is closed today or is booked. There can be many reasons for what Lucy is experiencing. She will need a full work up with a veterinarian which may include blood work, x-rays, ultrasound, or other diagnostic tests as needed to help determine what the cause is. Best wishes and I hope this helps.
