My 9 momth old malamute, he is very serious his mostly sleeping his tail dosent waggle as much his always like lazy and relaxed sine we got him at 5w. Pet's info: Dog | Alaskan Malamute | Male | neutered | 9 months and 12 days old | 70 lbs

If Appa has been this way ever since you've had him, it's likely that this is just his normal personality. Some dogs are more energetic and playful, while others are more laid-back and calm. As long as he's eating and drinking normally and nothing else has changed, I wouldn't be concerned :)
