My cat has blood in urine, coughing, won't eat. Can I give Amoxicillin?

my cat has blood in his urine he's coughing and he doesn't want to eat anything i've been told to give him amoxicillin, should i give him antibiotics? and what is the dosage for a 2kg cat? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 22 days old | 5 lbs
