My Yorkie is aggressive to visitors & kids. Does he need Prozac?

I have a 4 yr old male Yorkie who is obessed with me. He has to be near me or in my lap at all times. If anyone comes over, he tries to attack them. My 5 yr old is afraid to come over cuz the dog growls & tries to bite him. I spray my dog with vinegar, scold him. HELP!! I think he needs Prozac!! Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 7 lbs

That is definitely not a good. You could contact a trainer in your area and have him/her work with your dog to try to change this unwanted behavior. Your vet could definitely try some Prozac or Trazodone and see if it helps but he probably will need behavior modification training, as well.
