Why does my dog have a raw rash on her flank and a bleeding blister?

My sisters dog has rawish rash on inside of her flank. She also has 1 blood bister. That is 2 inches from a mole that her dog scraped outside & is very red & slightly bleeding.. Pet's info: Dog | Schipperke | Male | neutered | 6 years and 11 months old | 14 lbs

It sounds like she has a skin infection causing the rash on the inside of her flank. She should be examined by a vet for treatment. She may need an antibiotic, antihistamine, or corticosteroid to treat the problem. If the blood blister doesn't resolve with medical treatment than it may need to be removed and biopsied.
