Why is my 8-week puppy's face swollen with painful wounds and scabs?

My 8 week old puppy has a swollen fave on the right and has puncture wounds that are pretty decent in size. She has had the puncture wounds since I got her but the swelling just started. It is very painful for her but she is eating drinking and going to the bathroom fine. She is still very playful. She also has scabs in her right ear. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 20 days old

Poor Koda! It sounds like she was bitten by something, and she has developed an abscess where she was bitten. She will need to see a vet today. An abscess is extremely painful, and if she does have one, it will need to be open, drained, and flushed sterilely. She will also need antibiotics to treat the infection. Please take her into a vet now.
