My dog ate sugar-free Halls lozenges. Is he safe? No xylitol listed.

My dog has just eaten about 5 halls sugar free lozenges - will he be ok? I can't see xylitol on ingredients list

Reggie should be ok. I've looked over the ingredients list myself, and I also cannot find xylitol on the ingredients list. More than likely, you will see some stomach upset in Reggie, such as vomiting or diarrhea. If you do see that, withhold food and feed a bland diet. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet.
