My rabbit has gut stasis. Why is he lifting his front leg? Is it bad?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | neutered | 9 months and 1 day old | 3.7 lbs

My rabbit is 10 months male,he is neutered,he has a stasis gut ..we took him to the vet two days ago ,she prescribed two type of medication for him : the GI medication called Cisaral drops (that's in dutch) I give him 0.5 ml every 6 hours ,and the pain killer called Carprofen drops I give him 1 ml every 12 hours , my question is : i see that he is getting better gradually,but today he is doing strange thing : he keeps lift his left arm (for low hight)and then put it down,is this bad sign? :(

This sign you described is not related to anything specifically, and I would not be worried about it. I would just monitoring defecation and appetite and make sure they are gradually but consistently improving.
