Since my dogs will be neutered this week, how will they change? Like not physically but like attitude and all that cause its late.

Initially probably you won't see much changes, at least for the first few months. Slowly attitude may change towards less markings and other male-sexually related activities (aggression, escaping looking for females and so on). Most of the times these changes influence positively their life in my opinion.

In most cases, there are no noticeable changes at all in attitude or personality after neutering. The most common behavioral changes will be a decreased tendency to urine mark, and less interest in roaming in search of females - which are both good things in most cases :)
