My dog's eyes are red and swollen after boarding. Is it serious?

Hi. My dog has been at a cage free boarding facility for 2 days. I picked up a couple hours ago and noticed that her eyes were very red, abnormally red. I asked what happened and they said that the playing got a little too rough between her and a couple other big dogs and that happened to her eyes. It looks like the third eyelids are swollen with blood. She isn't acting like her eyes hurt at all but I am very concerned. What could have caused this?? I have pictures if there is some way to send.

This can be caused by either an eye injury/trauma from playing or by an eye infection (common in boarding kennels), either way you must take her to the vet to get the eye checked and she will probably need a prescription antibiotic eye drops to solve this problem.
