It sounds like something is causing her discomfort. She should really be examined by a vet, if it continues. She could have a problem with her back, neck, or abdomen causing her some pain. Your vet can do a thorough physical examination to localize the problem and then treat. She may need an anti-inflammatory or pain medications. Hope she feels better soon.

These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). Anything that can cause pain/discomfort could cause similar signs. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed. Dallas is really cute! Chihuahuas can have a lot of energy and also be very curious. Also, some can be very anxious and not want to sit and relax. If he isn't neutered, this may help this behavior but not always. Also, you could try some Benadryl twice a day to see if this calms him at all. See link below. If this doesn't help, I would talk to your vet about trying some anti-anxiety meds like fluoxetine or trazadone. I hope this helps!
