My 3-month-old kitten is limping, weak, and not walking. Is she sick?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 months and 4 days old | 3 lbs

My kitten is 3 months old. She's been in one spot the entire night, and her paws along with her legs seem extremely limpy. I carried her to her litter box and she urinated but stayed stationary. I had to pick her up and place her on the bed. She's not walking like usual and cries if I pick her up. I'm really worried. If she does move she kinda does a slithering motion to move a couple feet from where she is.

Poor Simba sounds very weak and it does sound like she is ill and in pain. She could have been injured, she could be suffering from a systemic illness, or she could have an infection. Her symptoms are very general, so it's hard for me to narrow down more what could be going on with her without seeing her in person. Given her age and the fact that she is has been like this all night and day, taking her into the vet now would be the best option. The vet can diagnose what is causing her to behavior like this, and can treat accordingly.
