My dog's paws are pink, chewing, losing fur. Mange again or allergies?

My dog has been treated and diagnosed with a dermatitis mange before on his paws. Can that come back? He chews his feet and they are now pink and some fur has came off of one of his legs close to the paw. What can I do to treat it?

It can come back, but in most cases those symptoms are related to allergies rather than mites. You can use Benadryl to try and stop the licking and inflammation, if it doesn't work you will have to take him to the vet to get other more specific medications.
