German Shepherd anal infection: Still bleeding on antibiotics?

My German shephard has got infection on the anal area or the shit area..he is bleeding everyday and is prescribed to antibiotics like ichmune?? And is kept on unpolished rice diet??is it fine?? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 8 years and 1 month old | 25 lbs
