My dog ate store-bought sushi. Is it safe for dogs to eat sushi?

I fed my dog store bought sushi that was low in sodium. Is it okay for her? She is a german shepherd.

No, I would not feed Xena sushi. Raw fish can contain parasites that can be passed along to your dog; in addition, if it contains avocado, that is never recommended to be fed to dogs due to causing GI upset. Finally, some types of sushi contain ingredients dogs should never eat, so I would not give Xena sushi again. She does not need it, nor is it safe for her.
