Your puppy may have puppy impetigo which is a bacterial skin infection. Have your vet take a look at her to diagnose and treat. She may need an antibacterial shampoo and/or an oral antibiotic to treat.

It looks like minnie has a mild superficial skin infection called a pyoderma. I would recommend giving her a bath in a medicated shampoo 2 times a week for 1-2 weeks. However at any time if it is not improving or getting worse I would recommend taking her to a vet for a detailed exam. Puppies will sometime get a mild skin infection due to contact irritation due to new surrounding. Hope that helps

This appears to be a pustule, which happens when the skin is infected. It's not uncommon to see these infections with puppies; especially ones that have been kept in dirty conditions. These usually don't cause any major problems and often get better with regular cleaning. She looks rather clean now, so keep it up and this should clear up within the next couple of weeks. It's recommended to clean her with a medicated dog shampoo (can find this at the pet store) once every two days. Don't be surprised if the blister opens up and some pus comes out - this is normal. If it happens to grow, or get more red, then I'd recommend a visit to the vet for further evaluation and treatment. I hope that helps and all is well with Lee-Lee.
