My old cat still fights new cats after two years. What can I do?

Kosmo is my oldest female cat & all my 6 cats prefixed,she fight all them,we have had 2 for year now &she still won't except them,what can I do,? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | 3 years and 5 months old

You may ned to just keep them separated. If it has been 2 years, there is a chance she will never get along with them. You could try some Feliway spray and see if that helps or talk to your vet about trying an anti-anxiety drug, like Prozac or Trazodone. http://www.feliway.com/us/#redirected
