My dog vomited after spay. Can I give Pepcid AC for upset stomach?

My 8-month old dog just got neutered today and she vomited. She has also eaten an hour later. Can I give her Pepcid ac to relax her stomach? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed

Vomiting can happen in dogs after having anesthesia for being spayed, but it's good that she ate an hour later. If she ate and was able to keep the food down, then her stomach has likely settled. It's never recommended to give any human OTC medications without direct supervision from a vet, so I would not recommend giving Pepcid ac to her. If she does vomit again, you can withhold food for 12 hours, then feed her a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day. Then slowly add back in her normal diet.
