My dog has severe liver disease, ALP 7000. What's his prognosis?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 5 years and 11 months old | 6 lbs

Samson was rushed to the er vet he was limp like a noodle, vomiting, diarrhea. They kept him overnight on IV. I picked him up next morning 9am. From 9am-5pm he was vomiting, went to vet got GI meds. Next day nothing changed extremely lethargic, didn't want to drink or eat. Vet did blood work alp was 7000. Vet is keeping him 48 on IV. His liver is in bad shape. Will he make it??

So sorry to hear about Samson, he sounds very unwell. It is impossible to predict from a single blood test how he will do and often repeating this after 48-72 hours to see if it is rising or falling can be very helpful
