My dog has bumps near his penis. Are they mites? How to diagnose and treat?

Does he have mites ifyes how can I be sure also he is having bowls at abdomen near his penis so is that cause by mites or what ? How to cure mites

Mites are diagnosed with a skin scrape from your veterinarian. They are too small to be seen by the naked eye. But signs of mites include hair loss with some itching and some pets, irritation of the skin and secondary bacterial infections. It is common in younger pets so it is a possibility here. The treatment for my it's traditionally is ivermectin injections through your veterinarian. But newer findings have found that the flea preventative's Bravecto and Nexgard are ejust as ffective against mites with fewer side effects and fewer doses needed. These are also prescription products that are only available through your veterinarian.
