Poor Harley! I would take him into the vet today or tomorrow during normal business hours for an exam. The vet can prescribe him medication to help him with his urinary and fecal incontinence. As for the constipation, I would try added a tablespoon of canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix) in with his food to see if that helps with the constipation. Finally, if the aspirin was not prescribed by a vet to give to him, I would not give him anymore. Aspirin isn't safe for dogs, as use can cause internal bleeding and GI ulcers. The vet can prescribe a safe pain medication for him to take for his back.
