Why is my puppy lethargic, peeing inside, warm, and whimpering?

Hey my puppy is 18 week old collie x jack russel. She wasn't herself yesterday and was quiet lethargic but still a bit playful, but she's been urinating indoors which she doesn't do normally. Last night she woke up and urinated in the room. This morning she won't move, is really warm and has no appetite. She's been whimpering quietly how and again also. Please help, thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | 4 months and 18 days old

It sounds like she might be suffering from a urinary infection, you will have to take her to the vet, bring a fresh urine sample with you, a urine analysis will be done and if an infection is found- she will be treated with antibiotics.
