Why is my dog peeing everywhere, panting, and licking paws a lot?

I have some concerns with my dogs behavior..She's been peeing alot lately in our home then on my balcony then in hallway when I'm taking her outside she just squats anywhere and seems like every hour and she pants alot and licks her paws a whole lot. It sounds like Diamond has a couple of problems going on at the moment. The frequent urination can be a sign of a UTI. Licking her paws a lot can be a sign of allergies, such as food allergies or allergies to insects (fleas, mites). I would take Diamond into the vet first thing in the morning. The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, and a urinalysis to diagnose if she does have a UTI and allergies, and then treat her appropriately from there.
