dog has sores on her back the size of a dime to small that are scabbed. Just gave her a bath with dawn. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | spayed | 13 years old | 30 lbs

That could be compatible with an infection possible with fungal infection. Bacterial infection could be possible as well though. I would strongly recommend a check up and more investigations (skin scrapes and sampling) to confirm this clinical suspicion and give appropriate treatment.
