Why is my bunny's ear blue inside for 2 days, but he acts normal?

Hi, I have 2 bunnies, one of them has some problem in his ear, it has turned blue from inside from last 2 days, his other activities are normal. Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | unspayed | 600 lbs

That could be due either to an infection or potentially an hemorrhage on one of the ear small vessels. Usually this latter condition is caused by scratching or shaking anyway and an infection/inflammation is usually present anyway. A check up would be needed to determine the underlying cause and give appropriate treatment.
